What is the definition of treason in the Constitution?
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

P.S. Aside from the above, Barack Obama/Barry Sotoero is not eligible to be the President of The United States of America as per The Constitution because he fails to meet the requirements of being "a natural born citizen!
Treason is the only crime specifically defined in the Constitution. According to Article III, Section 3, a person is guilty of treason if he or she goes to war against the United States or gives “aid or comfort” to an enemy.
On Treason: in 42 B.C. Cicero said,
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly.
